UniCredit agrees to pay $ 1.3 billion to US authorities

The Italian banking group was sued for violating US sanctions against several countries including Iran and Cuba. This agreement puts an end to the investigations. US authorities have been interested in the UniCredit case since 2012.

UniCredit has reached an agreement with the US authorities.
